Chapters of the Foundation are local community organizations honoring veterans of their geographical region in the state of Oklahoma.
A chapter will be led by an approved Ambassador of the OKMHF, or a person willing to serves the OKMHF as an Ambassador. Chapters will be clustered into state regions with a Regional Ambassador serving as a

A chapter will be led by an approved Ambassador of the OKMHF, or a person willing to serves the OKMHF as an Ambassador. Chapters will be clustered into state regions with a Regional Ambassador serving as a coordinator.
Each chapter may establish their own membership requirements and structure.
Any group or community may apply to become a chapter of the Oklahoma Military Heritage Foundation.
Chapter applications will be approved by the Hall of Honor Ambassadors - in-Charge and the Board of Directors of the OMHF.
Each chapter will:
1. Formally apply, by letter.
2. Each chapter leader will agree to be trained and serve as an OKMHF Ambassador.
1. The chapter will meet no fewer than three times per year to create Hall of Honor nominations; and create one or more nominations for the OKMHF Hall of Fame.
2. The chapter is expected to have a presence at the OKMHF Hall of Fame Induction banquet each year.
3. The Chapter Ambassador will arrange to present the certificate and medalli

3. The Chapter Ambassador will arrange to present the certificate and medallion at a time/place/date mutually determined by both the Chapter and recipient.
Should a Chapter desire to frame the certificate, the expense will be borne by the Chapter. Any other expenses will also be borne by the Chapter.
