How to Register

There are two ways to register and pay:

1. Register by Mail Using the RSVP Card — Recommended

Use the RSVP Card you received in the mail, or download and complete the RSVP Card at the bottom of this page. 

Please provide:

Name(s) and contact information

Name of the honoree whose group you wish to sit with

Meal choice for each guest

Special dietary requirements

Accessibility or other special requirements

Enclose a check for $95 per person, payable to OKMHF, and mail to:

2. Register Online

Online registration is available for your convenience. If registering through Eventbrite, please answer the questions following payment so we know your meal choice and which Honoree’s group with whom you wish to sit.

Because of Eventbrite fees, taxes, and credit-card processing charges, online registration costs $112.25 per person—an additional $17.25 per ticket.  These additional charges are imposed by Eventbrite and are not retained by OKMHF.

Please include the Honoree’s name for seating purposes, your meal choice, any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs (such as a wheelchair or walker), and your contact information in case we have questions. Guests using mobility devices will be seated near an aisle.

Your RSVP reserves your seat. Your table assignment will be provided at the Registration Desk before the banquet.

Tables seat 10 guests. Because all seating is assigned in advance, we cannot guarantee that last-minute guests will be seated with their preferred group.

We will be offering live-streaming video for those who cannot travel or otherwise are unable to attend our 2026 Annual Banquet and Induction Ceremony. Site will be active closer to the banquet.

Attendees must make their individual lodging arrangements directly with their hotel of choice. Any problems, let us know.  We have blocks of rooms only at Embassy Suites, subject to availability. The headquarters hotel is the Embassy Suites.  An immediately adjacent hotel is the Holiday Inn Express. And there is a Hampton Inn and Residence Inn nearby.  Hotel  information is below.

Embassy Suites is the banquet hotel. Two other hotels are located close by.
