Come join us at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman Hotel & Conference Center as we honor our military heroes. The 2025 Oklahoma Military Hall of Fame Induction Banquet will celebrate the bravery and dedication of those who have served our country.

On Saturday evening, November 1, 2025 we will honor twelve military veterans and one group - the Kiowa Code Talkers.  These people define “Oklahoma’s Military Heroes” and represent the spirit of the 655,000 men and women who have honorably served Oklahoma and the Nation since statehood. 

These honorees make us proud to wear the uniform of the United States Military and to support those who do, and grateful to be a citizen of the great state of Oklahoma and the greatest Nation in the world, the United States of America.

The 2025 Annual Banquet and Induction Ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Embassy Suites in Norman. Seats are $95 per person. Registration desk opens at 5pm, doors open at 6pm, and program begins at 6:30pm. 

There are three ways to register and pay for your seat. Meal choices are:

C-Chicken, S-Salmon, V-Vegetarian, SD-Special Diet (specify)

Meals are gluten-free.

(1) You may send a check for $95 per person, provide names, contact information, Honoree's name for group to sit with, Meal Choice, special diet requirements, any handicap requirements, and mail to: OKMHF, PO Box 30658, Edmond, OK 73003.  (Best to use the downloadable RSVP Card at bottom of page) OR

(2) When you receive a mailed invitation, you may return a completed RSVP reply card with payment - OR - you may download and print the invitation and reply card (see below), complete and postal mail to us. OR

(3) Registering online is optional and it will cost an additional $17.25 for each person. Therefore each online registration will cost $112.25. These are Eventbrite fees, taxes, and credit card charges. We have no control over them.

Registration Deadline is OCT 20.

No fees are assessed when mailing payment and names directly to: OKMHF, PO Box 30658, Edmond, OK 73003. Please include Honoree name for seating purposes, dietary restrictions, assistive devices such as wheelchair, walker (seat will be near an aisle), and your contact information in case there are questions. 

Tickets are not returned from the PO Box mailing. Your RSVP has your seats reserved and you will be assigned a table at the Registration Desk before the banquet.

If using Eventbrite, after submitting payment, answer our questions so we know which inductee group you wish to sit with and your meal choice.

Tables will seat 10 guests. All seats will be assigned, so last minute guests may not be assured of sitting with a designated party.

We are offering live-streaming video for those who cannot travel or otherwise are unable to attend our 2024 Annual Banquet and Induction Ceremony.

Attendees must make their individual lodging arrangements directly with their hotel of choice. Any problems, let us know.  We have blocks of rooms only at Embassy Suites, subject to availability. The headquarters hotel is the Embassy Suites.  An immediately adjacent hotel is the Holiday Inn Express. And there is a Hampton Inn and Residence Inn nearby.  Hotel  information is below.
