The Oklahoma Military Hall of Fame honors the men and women of Oklahoma who served in the Uniformed Services of the United States, demonstrated extraordinary acts of courage, heroism or gallantry, and who continue to serve our country and communities today.
We have inducted 235 individuals and 8 units/organizations into our Hall of Fame since 1999. The eight special groups include: USS Oklahoma, the Buffalo Soldiers, the Oklahoma ROTC Centennial, Oklahoma Military Academy, the Oklahoma Army & Air National Guard, and Oklahoma's Code Talkers of the Choctaw, Comanche and Pawnee.
Each member of the Hall of Fame has been provided an 11x14 framed certificate signed by the Governor of Oklahoma. It includes a replica eagle feather to remind one of our ethos of "Spirit of a Warrior, Heart of a Patriot.
Members also received a professionally rendered and framed pen/ink portrait sketch, and a handsome 2.5" engraved medallion with red/white/blue ribbon lanyard.
